中电国际新能源控股有限公司是隶属于国家电力投资集团有限公司的全资子公司。主要从事清洁能源发电厂开发、建设、拥有、经营及管理，其中包括但不限于天然气发电、垃圾发电、风力发电、光伏发电、水力发电和其他清洁能源发电项目等。在全国拥有或控股的发电厂已达62家，主要位于广东，福建，甘肃，江苏，海南及重庆等地，生产的电力出售予南方电网，华东电网，东北电网和西北电网。

Mainly engaged in the development, construction, ownership, operation and management of clean energy power plants, including but not limited to natural gas power generation, waste power generation, wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, hydropower generation and other clean energy power generation projects in South Africa. There are 62 power plants owned or controlled across the country, mainly located in Guangdong, Fujian, Gansu, Jiangsu, Hai and Chongqing. The electricity produced is sold to the Southern Power Grid, the East China Power Grid, the Northeast Power Grid and the Northwest Power Grid.
