中铁黑龙滩国际旅游度假区总投资400亿元的中铁黑龙滩国际旅游度假区项目，是省、市重点项目。项目秉承“生态优先、绿色发展”理念，科学规划布局旅游、康养、教育、体育、文化等板块，致力打造“世界级山水度假城市”，助力我市文旅融合发展。“目前，项目中的中铁双龙艺术小镇、火车来斯、地中海俱乐部、省医康养、英国剑桥艺术高中等一批子项目已正式落地建设。”该负责人表示，未来三年，该项目将重点打造旅游、康养和教育版块，力争建成地中海俱乐部、中铁双龙艺术小镇、英国剑桥艺术高中。

It will focus on building tourism, health care and education sections, and strive to build the Mediterranean Club, the China Railway Shuanglong Art Town, and the Cambridge Art High School in England.
